We're looking for a recruiter for blue collar workers (potentially also white collar) to support the team at our customer. Long-term cooperation is intended.
Skills and experience:
* Senior profiles
o min 5-7yrs experience as recruiter (!), not as HRBP, HR Officer, sales, coach,
* Somebody who can work independently and dont need daily guidance
* Experience with blue collar & white collar workers, preferably in a similar environment.
* Experience with Testing tools & ATS-systems, Succesfactors
* Primary location is Hoboken, occasional on Olen-site (1 of the contractors will have to go regular to Olen as well).
o No candidates who live too far from Hoboken
* Target rate is 80€/hr incl. msp-fee, limited flexibility on the rate.
Candidates presentations:
* Present your candidate with an ENGLISH cv - include your location
* Provide detailed feedback of BC/WC recruitment (where, wat, placements, tools, )
