To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and qualified colleague (F/M/X): Senior Account Manager (with growth opportunities towards Sales Manager) Region: Brussels & Walloon Brabant As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will: Develop and manage a client portfolio (FR/NL/EN) of companies with 20 to 250 users. Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions with high added value. Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial offers. Negotiate and close contracts, building long-term partnerships. Become a trusted partner for your clients, ensuring the security and optimization of their IT environment. Coach and mentor future Jr Account Managers. At least 3 years of successful experience in IT B2B sales and prospecting (ideally managed services and infrastructure). Ability to coach and support junior colleagues. Solid understanding of the IT sector. Bachelor's, Master's, or Business Engineering degree. Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills, motivated by challenges and service. Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Trilingual: French / Dutch / English. Driving license B. An existing portfolio of clients to grow.
