RecruitingYou manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal and compliance professionals:Sourcing and approaching candidates through various channels, like a large well-established internal candidate database, and also through online social networks like LinkedInConducting in‐depth interviews and assessing both technical expertise and career drivers and ambitionActing as a trusted career partner for candidates, with a strong focus on candidate experienceLong‐term candidate follow‐up: each recruiter builds and manages their own candidate portfolio, enabling the development of strong, personal and lasting relationships2.
