Your mission as Business Manager:
We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as Business Manager, offering a unique blend of business development, client management and talent acquisition.
As a Business Manager, you will play an end-to-end role from identifying and securing new clients to developing long-term partnerships and owning talent acquisition processes.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of turning prospects into long-term partners and gets satisfaction from finding the perfect match between companies and candidates, playing a pivotal role in their journey.
What will you be doing?
You’ll drive business with intention. You’ll own your client portfolio, build strong partnerships with decision-makers, drive strategic account growth, and become the go-to partner for digital talent solutions.
Business Development & Growth
* Identify staffing and recruitment opportunities in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CX, AI & Data
* Prospect, qualify and build partnerships at target accounts, using a balanced approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking) and focusing on client needs and pain points
* Establish yourself as a trusted market expert and a digital talent & staffing advisor
* Elaborate tailored collaboration proposals tapping into Ariad’s positioning as full-service staffing provider
* Negotiate, sell, and close deals that drive revenue
Match Top Talent
* Take the lead in matching top talent with client needs
* Oversee the processes from A to Z, guiding vacancy leads into vacancies and vacancies into placements
* Guide and support candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a perfect match
What do you bring?
* A first solid experience in business development in the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry
* You have a keen interest in “all things digital” and in fostering customer-centric relationships
* You are passionate about prospection and consultative selling, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than hunting down the quick win
* You are a strong communicator, a natural relationship builder and work actively on your personal and company brand positioning
* You embody a persistent, go-getter attitude, dedicated to achieving "more-and-better" outcomes in every endeavor
* You are data-driven and critically evaluate performance, uncovering the story behind the numbers, and showing initiative to make improvements
* Your strong emphasis on prioritization and adept time management allows you to efficiently handle multiple tasks and commitments
* You are always on the lookout for opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the team
* In addition to being fluent in Dutch and English, you bring a good level of French proficiency to the table
