We are seeking for a Service Desk Agent for a key client based in Belgium .
Knowledge and skillsFor the first line:Good Knowledge of Workstation support and Administration (Windows 10 and above);Good Knowledge of Office applications (Office 2016 and above);Basic knowledge of Server environment ( Windows/Linux ) and Active Directory services;Strong knowledge of MS office applications.Experience with Windows-based end-user computers.Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications.
Technical certifications and trainings ( 1 from the below )Windows 10 MCSAMicrosoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateIT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent)Google IT Support Professional CertificateMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS)(Advanced) Windows troubleshooting for ITCall Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent)
Requirements:Account managementNetwork setup and protocolsBackup and restore proceduresAntivirus managementPatch and software distributionScanning and Printing understanding
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience.
Languages:English at B2 level.French nice to have.
Location:Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site)
