Responsibilities
* You support clients in translating marketing strategies into scalable, automated customer experiences.
* You design and optimize customer and user journeys across channels, leveraging marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
* You collaborate with marketers, data specialists, consultants, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* You manage segmentation, personas, and audiences, ensuring GDPR-compliant use of customer data.
* You analyze performance, report on results, and continuously improve journeys based on insights.
Qualifications
* >2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data-driven marketing.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
* Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and customer data concepts.
* Experience with Salesforce or Adobe solution is a plus.
* Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, personas, and personalization.
* Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
