About The Company
We are working with an innovative real estate company redefining modern living through environmentally friendly housing solutions. Their mission is to design, develop, and deliver sustainable homes that reduce environmental impact while enhancing quality of life.
As they scale, they are launching a powerful new digital platform that will transform how customers discover, purchase, and manage sustainable properties — and they’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help shape its future.
The Role
This is a full-time payroll position for a skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in product-focused environments. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and optimising our new platform, working closely with product, design, and leadership teams.
You’ll contribute across the entire stack, influence technical decisions, and help us build a secure, scalable, and high-performing system from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
* Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
* Developing intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces
* Collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences
* Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
* Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy
* Optimising performance, reliability, and security
* Supporting CI/CD and deployment processes
* (Bonus) Contributing to data services or automation features using Python
What They’re Looking For
* 2+ years of professional full stack development experience
* Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
* Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
* Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
* Experience with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Bonus:
* Experience with Python
* Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience working on product platforms or SaaS applications
* Knowledge of security best practices
* Interest in sustainability, green technology, or proptech
