Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute strategic sustainability objectives.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and norms in the building sector.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainability both internally and externally.
* Identify and develop new opportunities for environmental and circular improvements.
* Manage programs such as CO2 performance ladder, LCA/EPD verification, and green certifications.
* Supervise, train, and guide auditors and inspectors within sustainability frameworks.
* Integrate sustainability principles into existing certification systems.
* Set up monitoring systems to track and report on project progress.
* Embed sustainability practices across departments like purchasing and HR.
* Drive internal and external awareness initiatives in collaboration with the communications team.
