Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and market share. Your responsibilities include: Growing and maintaining existing partnerships with retailers and key clients. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Developing new partnerships and expanding the client portfolio. Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Following up on commercial actions and implementing strategic sales initiatives. Visiting clients and prospects while actively participating in international trade fairs. Managing administrative tasks and reporting on sales performance. Profile We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-oriented professional with a deep interest in interior design and high-end furniture. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales environment. Professional fluency in English and German. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and participate in international trade fairs. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and solid MS Office skills. Offer Full-time position with autonomy and responsibility.
