End-to-end delivery of HR operations for our five locations across Belgium (corporate, business operations, software development, manufacturing).
Manage the contribution of four HR administrators and develop deep HR expertise within the team.
Support and enable your peer group at senior leadership level (Country Managers, Divisional Leaders, etc.).
Be a trusted partner to the management layer, providing solutions and proactively coaching on people matters.
Innovate and evolve HR delivery for Belgium, in line with best practices, legislative requirements, and your own ideas and creativity.
Work with the Corporate HR Director, supporting the implementation of new HR principles, frameworks, and approaches, such as performance management, feedback, and salary benchmarking.
Profiel
Experience operating at a senior HR level with success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
A hands-on approach and the ability to monitor workforce engagement and effectiveness.
Comfortable in a long-term, value-focused environment, challenging existing approaches to create new standards of HR partnership and delivery.
Strong solutions focus, capable of working with strong personalities.
Effective collaboration across multiple functions.
Strong project and program management skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Flemish, and French.
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
