We are looking for a Business Analyst to help design and implement efficient, compliant, and user-friendly document management processes. You’ll collaborate closely with business owners, IT, and stakeholders to ensure our systems are modern, streamlined, and aligned with the highest standards.
What you’ll do 🛠️
* Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for document management, including approval flows and digital signatures
* Gather, interpret, and document business requirements in multiple languages
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SharePoint-based solutions
* Document processes and information flows in Sparx EA (Enterprise Architect) using BPMN standards
* Work hand-in-hand with IT and business owners to validate requirements and turn them into actionable solutions
* Support the design and implementation of new document management processes, archiving guidelines, and conduct functional testing
* Ensure compliance with record management and archiving standards
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project
What you bring 🎯
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong expertise in SharePoint and document management concepts
* Experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx EA) and BPMN process modeling
* Knowledge of record management and archiving standards
* Experience in functional analysis, wireframes, and user stories
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in Dutch and French, professional proficiency in English
* Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
* Team player with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
