As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-up.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and propose effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Write and publish job ads, optimize sourcing channels, and support employer branding efforts.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruitment-related HR projects.

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
