Function description
As Site Manager you will be integrating our Maritime Services and will report in first instance to the General Manager. You will be closely supported by 2 superintendents, a HR-Admin assistant, a Quality Manager and a HSE Manager.
Site Manager’s key responsibilities:

* Manages Safety rules and ensure results
* Generates and manage changes
* Financials
* Ensures budget preparation and follow-up
* Responsibility for P&L
* Manages invoicing process, indexation
* Prepares Business Reviews
Profile:
The successful candidate for this role is an entrepreneurial leader, someone who enjoys developing new customer relationships and equally loves working with their team to improve operational excellence. We are looking for an ambitious and energic leader with a high focus on excellent Service Delivery, with a strong technical background, if possible, in the maritime industry and naval vessel maintenance.
Marine Engineer or Industrial or Civil Engineer (electrical and/or mechanical), with experience of 5+ years in service delivery and people management.

* An experience with ship maintenance and/or Defence is a great asset
