Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platform Engineer (BE)
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platform Engineer with deep expertise in MobileIron Core and iOS to support operations at a customer site. This is not a simple device administration role, the focus is on managing and optimising the MDM platform itself, designing architecture, and implementing advanced integrations with security and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and optimise the MobileIron Core platform.
* Implement new configurations, policies, and platform-level changes.
* Lead and support integrations with PKI, SSO/Active Directory, VPN solutions, network infrastructure, and F5 load balancers.
* Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in the MDM environment.
* Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and seamless mobile access.
* Document architecture, processes, and technical changes.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of hands-on MDM experience, with proven expertise in MobileIron Core.
* Strong enterprise-level iOS management knowledge.
* Solid understanding of PKI certificates, SSO integrations, Active Directory, and identity management.
* Experience with VPN technologies and network security principles.
* Familiarity with F5 BIG-IP load balancers and their integration with MDM and SSO.
* Previous experience in high-security environments.
* Must already hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
* Language requirements: English with French a nice to have.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
