As member of the project team, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities
Business project delivery:
Collaborate actively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth sprint preparation and execution.
Identify cross‑team dependencies and proactively manage them to avoid delays.
Promote alignment across teams by providing a unified view of priorities and expected business outcomes.
Work with Product Owners to:
Maintain a forward‑looking sprint pipeline and ensure early identification of risks, dependencies, and priorities.
Enable them to take decisions when needed and support escalation where required.
Deliver timely clarifications, acceptance criteria, sign‑offs, and readiness for development.
Ensure requirements are validated on time through continuous backlog refinement.
Support coordination between the business and external service providers.
TOM design & change management:
Support the design of the new Target Operating Model for non‑EU External Offices, aligning with existing standards while addressing specific organisational needs.
Identify impacted stakeholders across teams and locations.
Contribute to change impact assessments, preparation of communication materials, training coordination, and operational updates.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure readiness regarding new processes, systems, and functionalities.
Prepare updates to operational procedures and controls.
Create and deliver trainings related to new system, process, or procedural changes.
Coordinate Go‑Live activities, acting as the point of contact for issue escalation and providing post‑implementation support.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and design effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
Technical skills:
Demonstrated experience in delivering multi‑entity technology transformation projects within complex environments.
Strong knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies for project management and team support.
Proven ability to develop and implement change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
