ROA Talent is supporting a leading international contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Belgium.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of BIM delivery across a large-scale mission-critical construction project, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

This opportunity would suit someone with experience delivering BIM on complex construction projects within data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial projects or large-scale MEP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and project execution
• Manage BIM coordination across multiple disciplines
• Drive model quality, standards and compliance
• Support clash detection and coordination activities
• Collaborate with project delivery, design and commercial teams
• Ensure BIM processes support efficient project delivery

Ideal Background

• Previous experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and digital construction practices
• Experience on large-scale MEP or mission-critical projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
