Frituur Manager wanted We are launching a new Belgian Frituur concept and are looking for a Frituur Manager. The classic ‘barak’, the ‘puntzak’, the timeless favorites – craftsmanship that matches how people enjoy fries today. We are bold, ambitious, and growing rapidly in Belgium, while always putting quality and a strong team first. We are looking for a Frituur Manager who is responsible for the daily operations on the floor. Someone who motivates the team, keeps an overview during peak hours, and ensures customers have an outstanding experience. Who are you? Experience in hospitality or food service (leadership experience is a plus) Organized, responsible, and stress-resistant Enjoy being on the floor and working closely with your team Committed to quality and clear procedures What will you do? Keep daily operations running smoothly Lead your team, create schedules, and motivate staff Monitor quality, service, and hygiene standards Manage stock, cash, and opening/closing procedures You follow procedures carefully. Act as the main point of contact for both customers and team Be flexible – whether evenings or weekends, you’re ready to serve the tastiest fries and snacks What do we offer?
