Job Description
Your role as a Quality Control Associate involves ensuring the electrical control and performing specific electrical testing of articles and/or sub-systems produced or purchased by our client.
* Conduct verification of Purchased Items (QC Incoming Elec)
* Conduct verification of Internal Assemblies (QC Production)
You will assume external Quality Control missions when necessary, ensure products meet quality requirements, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
You are expected to respect quality control planning, support training of new QC officers, participate in QC department's technological watch, contribute to QC documentation gap analysis, define and update QC procedures, support audit preparation, and contribute to QC continuous improvement programs and 5S program implementation in QC facilities.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for making clear and precise reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a University Degree in a technical field (electrical / mechanical / electromechanical) or equivalent demonstrated by experience.
A demonstrated experience in Quality in Medical Devices industries is an asset. Additionally, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills enabling you to act as a facilitator with strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and French is required.
