As Team Leader, you will play a key role in safeguarding quality and ensuring an efficient workflow within your team. Your New Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising all daily inspection, rework, and quality control activities carried out by your team. You ensure that all tasks follow the correct work instructions, safety regulations, and customer expectations. You allocate responsibilities based on skills and workload, support your team by analysing issues and guiding problem‑solving, and maintain clear oversight of operational progress.You perform line audits, first‑off checks, and spot verifications, while ensuring proper labelling, segregation, and traceability of inspected and reworked parts. You maintain 5S standards across the working area and escalate material shortages, safety concerns, or deviations when needed.At the end of each shift, you record and submit accurate production and quality data. You train new team members in job‑specific tasks and safety requirements, and you motivate your team to meet targets for quality, delivery, and efficiency. Providing constructive feedback and addressing performance or attendance issues also form a natural part of your responsibilities. Your Profile You bring experience working in inspection, production, or quality‑focused environments and have a solid basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes. You possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team setting, and are capable of motivating people toward shared goals. You are comfortable adjusting to shifting priorities and remain calm and effective under pressure.You can work in Dutch and English, hold a valid driver’s licence with access to your own vehicle, and are available for a three‑shift rotation.
