To assist SuReal's CEO with strategic and innovative projects, we are seeking an assertive, very bright and analytical CEO intern with a unique skill set to work directly with the CEO, on some special projects. You will be at the center of the business. This is an opportunity to support a scale-up in its growth and gain firsthand experience with the initiatives that will impact SuReal's future.
The topic or project you work on depends on your skill set. Some examples of projects might be:
Business Strategy: International expansion
• Analysing the international growth perspectives through desktop research, interviews, and partnerships from SuReal. Sparring with CEO on go-to-market plans and executing parts of these plans.
Innovation & AI Deployment
• Exploring how AI can be embedded in daily operations, assisting the AI internal & external team. Testing, comparing and implementing digital tools across the team, such as transforming knowledge into training modules that are fun. Preparing guidelines, templates or prototypes to help the company use AI more effectively.
Entrepreneurial Projects
• Setting up new internal initiatives such as:
* SuReal Academy (internal learning platform)
* SuReal Podcast (content creation, guest preparation, format design)
* Knowledge-sharing tools or creative visibility projects
• Taking ownership and driving these projects independently from idea to execution
Marketing and Communication
• Creating short videos or slides for internal communication
• Improving the marketing strategy
• Preparing concept notes, story-telling initiatives or project summaries for the CEO
• You are a high-potential student (business, engineering, economics, innovation, or similar) with a high IQ, fast learner, analytical thinker and you make things happen
• Strong communication skills, you feel comfortable taking initiative
• Entrepreneurial mindset, and open to working with new tools and apps
• Interest in AI (experience is a plus, but curiosity is just as valuable)
• Fluent English speaker. Dutch or French is a plus.
