As a skilled
Program Management Officer – Integrated Portfolio Anticipation Service
, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring various programs that support a green and reliable energy infrastructure.
* You actively coordinate and monitor several programs and their different projects, providing status reports to senior management.
* You set up a system for status reporting, tracking individual projects regarding planning, progress, and budget.
* You translate project statuses into overall program monitoring and reporting.
* You establish and manage risk management processes, identifying risks and reporting them effectively.
* You provide recurring reports to Program Manager(s) to ensure ongoing visibility of project health.
* You ensure alignment across streams towards shared goals while coordinating interface management.
* You prepare and manage meeting logistics for Steering Committee and other project-specific meetings.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree in engineering
or economics.
* You have at least
2 years of experience
in project support, with prior experience at Elia considered a plus.
* You possess knowledge of the energy sector and its dynamics.
* You are fluent in
Dutch
or
French
with excellent skills in
English
(spoken and written).
* You are well-organized and punctual, paying attention to detail.
* You exhibit assertiveness, autonomy, and the ability to respect deadlines.
* You are proactive and impact-focused, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
* You have a collaborative mindset and work well in project team settings.
* You are available to work at Monnoyer offices and occasionally at Empereur offices.
* You can commit to being present on-site at least 2 days per week.
* You possess a work permit that enables you to work in Belgium if you are a non-EU candidate.
* You hold a valid residence permit confirming your right of residence in Belgium.
