This newly created role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of accounting processes across several Belgian entities and to actively shape the future finance structure of the region.Manage end-to-end accounting for several Belgian entities (GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax).Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings and financial reporting.Collaborate with FP&A, legal and business teams to streamline financial processes.Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretary).Guarantee data accuracy and implement improvements when needed.Play a key role in setting up a finance delivery center for future European expansion.Handle ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of Belgian tax and payroll.Languages: Fluent in French and English.Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance.Full-time permanent contract with real autonomy and impact.International and entrepreneurial working environment.Hybrid role with potential travel between sites.Competitive salary: €4,000 – €5,000 gross/month (depending on experience).Additional benefits: company car, meal vouchers, net expenses, insurance package, and more.
