What will you work on:
* Analyze complex security programs and infrastructure in public and private sectors
* Assess IT and security processes, risks, and controls; identify gaps and recommend improvements
* Work with senior management to design cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and sustainable solutions (e.g., GRC tools, processes, people models)
* Act as the link between executives and technical teams, driving change in data protection, security operations, privacy and continuity
* Explain business risks of technical vulnerabilities and present clear findings
* Review team deliverables, manage client relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery
* Lead projects effectively, fostering teamwork and accountability
What do you need:
* 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity and information risk management
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* Certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, GIAC, GSEC) are a plus
* Experience leading IT audits, controls and risk consulting (COBIT, NIST, ITIL, SOX) is a plus
* Strong knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF/800-53, CIS, Cybersecurity Maturity Model
* Experience with Information Governance and Security Strategy using frameworks like ISO, NIST, SOC-2, PCI, CIS,...
* Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, teamwork and client service skills
