Service Engineer - Finance & Controlling
in the
Service Management team
, you play a key role in supporting and evolving our Finance & Controlling applications. This role focuses on operational support, change requests, and continuous improvements, ensuring our systems grow with the business.
Function
* You take functional ownership of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) modules, ensuring stable and optimized usage across all organizations within La Lorraine Bakery Group.
* You handle change requests and drive continuous improvements in the finance and controlling domain, working closely with the business process specialists and key-users.
* You provide functional support to the business (key-users) and resolve issues as they arise.
* You support compliance with legal and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring financial systems and processes align with local regulations across LLBG entities.
* You maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of the finance processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.
* You give targeted trainings to strengthen process and system knowledge within the finance community.
* You document incident resolutions and identify recurring issues, contributing to permanent solutions and a structured knowledge base.
* After a six-month onboarding period, you will be included in the on-call duty service (24x7). This will be for a maximum of one week per month.
You will work from the headquarters in one of the home countries of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Câmpia Turzii - Cluj …) and you will report to the Business Applications Team Service Lead. You are part of the international IT team.
Your Profile
* You hold a Master's degree and bring around 5 years of relevant experience, including deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
* You understand FI-CO integration with other SAP modules; knowledge of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a strong asset.
* You have strong analytical skills, a service-minded attitude, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* You communicate clearly and confidently in Dutch & English.
* You enjoy sharing knowledge and can explain system and process topics clearly to a broad audience.
* You are eager to expand your expertise and explore connections with other business domains.
