Your role:
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor you’re the go-to person for your team. You coach Customer Support Advisors, guide new colleagues, and help resolve complex customer issues. You’re the link between your team and our international dealer network.
What you’ll do:
- Support and coach team members through challenging customer cases
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires: systems, processes, customer focus
- Champion change: introduce new tools and processes with tailored training
- Monitor quality and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with dealers and other teams to solve customer issues
- Think creatively and proactively to keep vehicles moving
- Support change initiatives and help the team adapt
- Prepare for future growth into leadership roles such as Team Leader
Profiel
- Several years of experience in customer service
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, tailored to different audiences
- A collaborative spirit and ability to coach others
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish (+ Portuguese is an extra plus)
- Bachelor-level thinking

Practicals:
- 39,5 hours per week
- Start between 7:30 and 9:00
- Min 3 hours and 11 hours working per day
- Working extra hours can be used for extra holidays
- Occasional home work of 1 day/week
