As a Business Controller within our company, you will play a key role in driving financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Responsabilities
* Financial Management:
* Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
* Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
* Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
* Analysis and Reporting:
* Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
* Decision Support:
* Provide financial and strategic support to various departments.
* Participate in the evaluation of investment projects and profitability analysis.
* Contribute to the improvement of management control processes and tools.
* Compliance and Internal Control:
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
* Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal control.
Required profile
* Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in the financial services sector.
* Excellent command of computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
* Rigorous, organized, and sense of responsibility.
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
