We're looking for someone to help make Odoo fully compliant across the world. This role is crucial to unlock Odoo's full potential abroad. Your mission: understand each country's payroll or accounting rules. You'll be responsible for applying this knowledge in various localizations and open the door to thousands of new potential customers. You don't need to be a payroll or accounting specialist, just smart, curious, structured, and ready to learn fast.

About the job
As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with developers to build amazing features used by millions of people. Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed.

Responsibilities
1. Understand full payroll or accounting processes, compliance, and regulations for a country
2. Own tasks from start to approval
3. Create clear specs; strong visual communication
4. Development model: Open with external community
5. Balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicity

About you
We are looking for a candidate able to learn quickly, with a "get it done" spirit and a real critical mind that will be ready to have an impact on thousands of businesses worldwide.
Must have
11. Master Degree or IT degree
12. Experience in payroll/HR administration OR strong willingness to learn fast
13. Fluent in French & in English
14. Experience in Ux
15. Work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
16. Bad sense of humour
17. Any other European language
