We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect to join our Belgian Business Applications team! /p pAs a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwning the Technical Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect and other stakeholders, consulting on providing technical guidance to clients and project teams in ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed. /li liEnsuring that the solutions delivered can operate in a robust, scalable, and easy to maintain manner. /li liContributing to the Solution Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect in validating the solution design and implementation plans. Ensuring that the Technical Architecture is in line with the Solution Blueprint as agreed upon, with a focus on the right selection and combination of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform elements, (Azure) Cloud components, and systems integration. /li liContributing to requirements gathering; working closely with the Solution Architect, client stakeholders and the project team to define the project systems integration scope and gather technical (application) requirements. As early as the start of an opportunity, in a presales role capacity; engaging with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations. /li liParticipating in our local global Avanade communities; be a coach and mentor to (more) junior colleagues in our Belgian Business Applications team. /li /ul h3Key Qualifications /h3 ul liHave extensive experience of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect (or equivalent). /li liHave technology/technical expertise on the Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) platform regarding its configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment. /li liHave related technology skills such as .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD. /li liHave a strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques. /li liHave a strong understanding of systems integration, integration patterns and related best practices. /li liHave strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality. /li liBring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends. /li liHave experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
