Zoom on the job: define and further develop project management methods, standards, tools and templates in line with internal practices and team needsmonitor the IT project portfolio, coordinate resources and ensure visibility on progress, risks, dependencies and interactions between projectsproduce clear reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholderssupport teams in identifying and analysing risks, implementing actions and monitoring changesencourage the use of digital tools, a continuous improvement mindset and the adoption of agile practicessupport and coach project managers and teams to strengthen autonomy and collective effectivenessProfile Come as you are, ideally with: at least 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO roles, with certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Masterstrong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management and how an IT environment operatessolid command of project management methods, risk management, change management and cross-functional collaborationfamiliarity with SAP, ServiceNow SPM, MS DevOps and ITSM tools such as ServiceNowa collaborative, structured and solution-oriented way of workingthe ability to keep an overall view, manage complex situations and facilitate exchanges xphnsxz between stakeholdersa fluent command of French, Dutch and EnglishOffer What if you became IT PMO at Equans?
