What will you do: Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks for operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery. Help clients build and improve Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.G. ISO 22301). Advise on governance, roles, responsibilities and run testing exercises. Review and enhance crisis response and resilience strategies. Conduct risk assessments, BIAs, and continuity planning. Guide clients on regulatory requirements (e.G. CER) and best practices. Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into the wider risk framework. Support ISO 22301 certification and help improve continuity maturity. Solid knowledge of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus). Familiar with EU/BE regulations like DORA, NIS2, CER. Experience with BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning. Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach. Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Proactive team player who can also work independently and help grow the business.
