Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a strategic IT transformation program.
Lead and coach two project teams of varying sizes to ensure qualitative and timely results.
Oversee project planning, scope, budget, and deadlines while proactively mitigating risks.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Challenge business requirements and technical estimations to optimize project outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning in a hybrid project leadership capacity.
Navigate complex decision‑making processes and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT project management within software development environments.
Proven track record working in large‑scale, complex enterprise or public sector organizations.
Extensive experience in end‑to‑end delivery of business‑critical software projects.
Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience leading, coaching, and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at various levels.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable challenging both business and technical viewpoints.
Fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency in English. xphnsxz
