We are looking for a hungry, fast-paced Sales Hunter. You will be the face of Second Foundation in Belgium, responsible for capturing market share and bringing our "Trading-as-a-Service" and flexibility offerings to the biggest players in the region.

What you would work on?

Reporting Structure:You will report directly to the Belgian Country Manager.
Own your market:Drive sales activities for our flexibility portfolio and Trading-as-a-Service offering in Belgium.
The Hunt:Proactively identify and acquire new customers, focusing on investors in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), biogas, CHP plant operators, and project developers.
High-Stakes Negotiation:Independently navigate complex contract negotiations and close high-value partnerships using real performance data from our existing portfolio.
Relationship Architect:Develop and maintain deep-rooted, long-term relationships with operators, investors, and local market stakeholders.
Industry Influence:Represent Second Foundation at major industry events and trade fairs, positioning us as the premier partner for energy flexibility.
Market Intelligence:Monitor trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform strategy and seize new opportunities.

Master Communicator & Presenter:You are an articulate storyteller. You can take complex technical data and present it with clarity, punch, and conviction to audiences of all sizes.
7+ Years of B2B Grit:Proven track record in high-level sales, ideally within the Belgian energy sector (trading, storage, or generation).
Local Expert:Deep, existing network and knowledge of the Belgian energy landscape.
Technical Fluency:You can seamlessly lead client meetings regarding power plants, storage technologies, and trading concepts.
The Hunter DNA:You are self-motivated, mobile, and thrive meeting clients.
Linguistic Power:Native/fluent French or Dutch, with strong English for internal global communication.
Class B Driving License:Essential for travel across your territory.
