We are looking for a Leader Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our cybersecurity team. You will drive the execution of the cybersecurity awareness program, helping users understand and adopt secure ICT practices, while contributing to the strategic management of ICT security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver communications, notes, and guidance to end-users on secure ICT system usage.
* Coordinate and execute phishing simulations across the organization.
* Prepare reports, presentations, demos, and visual materials to raise cybersecurity awareness.
* Update human factor risk assessments to identify areas of focus for awareness initiatives.
* Collaborate with Communication and Training departments to create promotional and educational content.
* Lead awareness lectures, webinars, workshops, and demos.
* Moderate online communities and collaborative spaces focused on cybersecurity.
* Manage training events in the training management platform.
* Contribute to measuring the effectiveness and reach of awareness programs.
* Support Security Management activities, including drafting ICT security policies, standards, and guidelines, and building strategic visions for future ICT security.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of six years of professional experience, including:
* Three years in ICT security management (ISMS implementation, policy management, security standards).
* Two years as a team or project leader for security-related initiatives.
* Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness programs and strategic planning.
* Expertise in preparing and running phishing simulations using commercial or open-source tools.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks related to the human factor.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Master's degree in a relevant field.
* At least one ICT Security professional certification.
* Fluent in English, French is a plus.
