As a Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities are:
* Entering and processing customer orders in the system
* Managing customer contact via email and phone (approx. 50/50 split)
* Handling diverse B2B customer inquiries
* Supporting the digitalization of processes
A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
* Dynamic, outgoing, and proactive in finding solutions
* Comfortable working with different clients and product categories
* First experience in a customer-oriented role is a plus, but not required
* Strong knowledge of Dutch and French required
* Responsibility for customers across Belgium
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems is necessary
