Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful planning and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous process improvement, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Project & Delivery Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets, managing scope, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support delivery teams, leveraging agile methodologies such as Scrum to ensure productivity and remove delivery impediments.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners, providing clear, accurate, and regular status updates.
* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and effective transition to operations.
* Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing delivery processes and fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and quality.
* Financial Management: Estimate, manage, and track project financials, ensuring cost control and adherence to approved budgets.
* Governance & Reporting: Ensure appropriate project governance, documentation, and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Project Management Expertise: Strong capability in planning, scheduling, risk management, scope control, and delivery governance.
* Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate complex concepts clearly, and build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify practical solutions, and make sound, timely decisions.
* Technical & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of digital transformation initiatives and the technical and business considerations within financial or enterprise environments.
* Agile Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience working with agile frameworks, including Scrum.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, or a related discipline (preferred).
