Mission: IT Intern
We're looking for a
tech-savvy, curious, and hands-on IT Intern
to join our growing team in Brussels.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that our internal IT systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently — while gaining practical experience across a wide range of IT domains in a dynamic SaaS environment.
As an IT Intern, you will:
* Support the growth of Optimy's IT infrastructure
by contributing to system maintenance, configuration, and optimization.
* Help optimize our Google Workspace environment:
assist in migrating and configuring user accounts and data for our new office project.
* Ensure operational excellence:
troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep our internal systems running smoothly.
* Collaborate with the IT team
on improving network security, workflows, and user support processes.
About You
* You are a
student currently enrolled
in a university or equivalent institution (an internship agreement is required).
* You're
eager to learn
and ready to take ownership of meaningful projects.
* You're fluent in
English
.
Your Skills
* Google Workspace proficiency:
confident using Google Workspace tools to collaborate and boost productivity.
* Windows troubleshooting:
able to diagnose and fix issues across Windows systems.
* Basic networking knowledge:
familiar with core networking concepts and keen to learn more.
* Security-minded:
curious about cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
* Hardware troubleshooting:
comfortable handling common issues with laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
* Familiarity with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
,
VoIP systems
, or
PowerShell scripting
is a plus
