Position Overview
DELMIA HUB Services group is looking for a motivated Services Software Expert to join our team in Sao Paolo, BRAZIL, in an onsite/hybrid role.
Responsibilities
* Be part of an international team of highly experienced technical consultants to maintain and enhance supply chain and optimization solutions.
* Deliver application maintenance and improvements to a diverse industry portfolio including High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Natural Resources, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Transportation & Mobility, and other industries.
* Assess and provide quality recommendations for various live customer applications to improve their functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability.
* Capitalise knowledge and contribute towards an ever-growing solution knowledge base.
* Own customer requests end to end from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* B.S. in a technical field most preferred; experience can be considered in lieu.
* Hands‑on development and coding experience in OO programming languages such as Java, C++, Delphi, Smalltalk, Eiffel, or 4GLs like G2, Aion.
* Good understanding of object‑oriented (UML) modelling preferred.
* Strong analytical skills to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
* Passionate about learning and working on highly complex solutions for industry market leaders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Solution‑driven, customer‑friendly personality comfortable working with people at every level of the company.
* Good analytical thinking.
* Experience working with a global team – collaborating across timezones as needed.
* At a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Software Engineering. Mechanical Engineering degree majors with experience in programming are also encouraged to apply.
