* Define and lead the technical scope of the building revamp (architectural, civil, structural, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, etc.)
* Review and approve engineering deliverables provided by external contractors or EPCM partners
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (maintenance, operations, HSE, procurement) to ensure seamless integration with ongoing activities
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and permits
* Manage interfaces between disciplines (e.g., electrical, HVAC, civil, utilities) and phases (e.g., design, construction, commissioning)
* Control project documentation, including specifications, layouts, and as-built drawings
* Participate in risk assessments, constructability reviews, and HAZOPs if applicable
* Support procurement in the technical evaluation of bids and vendor selection
* Report progress to the project manager and support planning and budgeting activities
* Supervise field implementation and participate in site inspections when required
* Degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical or MechanicalEngineering (or equivalent)
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in building renovation ofindustrial facility projects
* Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and coordination with MEP disciplines
* Experience on the end client / owner side is a plus
* Familiarity with revamp constraints: phasing, limited shutdowns, working around live operations
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Proficient in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) and MS Office
* Fluent in English; other languages depending on project location. Dutch and French are a plus.
