About WeTransform
WeTransform is a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies turn any incoming file (CSV, Excel, PDF, etc.) into a single, clean format they define.
Our customers are SaaS vendors, especially mid-size firms in the sectors of software, IT, insurance, financial services who constantly receive messy files from clients and partners. Instead of building custom import tools every time, they use WeTransform to import, map, validate and fix data before it enters their systems.
The role
We’re looking for a Business Developer who can open and close deals with technical and business stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Product, CEOs, Ops/Data leaders).
Your mission:
* Identify and target the right companies (SaaS, software, IT, financial services, insurance).
* Run smart outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and handle inbound leads.
* Lead discovery calls and product demos, turn pain points into clear use cases.
* Own your pipeline from first contact to signed deal, in close collaboration with the founder.
What we're looking for
* 3-5 years experience in B2B sales / business development, ideally in SaaS or technical products.
* You’ve already sold to CTOs/tech leaders or CEOs and you’re credible in those conversations.
* You’re comfortable talking product and data: you’re not an engineer, but you understand APIs, integrations, and workflows enough to go beyond buzzwords.
* Strong communication in English and French.
* Hands-on, curious, and structured: you like testing, learning, and iterating.
