Looking to move from audit or finance into a hands-on role where you can take real ownership of reporting, fund operations and finance processes within a growing investment platform?
In this role, you'll support the finance operations of our funds and management company, contributing to the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of the finance infrastructure behind multiple funds and entities.
A hands-on finance role with broad exposure to fund operations, reporting and core finance processes
• Close collaboration with experienced finance professionals
• You'll join a lean finance and fund management team, working alongside ~40 colleagues across Antwerp, Amsterdam and Munich.
Your role sits at the centre of Fortino's finance operations, ensuring the financial infrastructure supporting the funds and management company runs smoothly.
Finance day-to-day operations
• Coordinate day-to-day finance operations
• Oversee monthly and quarterly close cycles ensuring completeness and data accuracy
Maintain and monitor fund accounting records
• Contribute to portfolio-related financial analysis
Platform finance coordination
• Coordinate financial data and reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage finance-related communication with external parties
Finance & regulatory reporting
• Prepare and maintain monthly internal financial reporting
• Assist with annual accounts, IFRS reporting and audit coordination
Finance process improvement
• Build finance playbooks and documentation
• Help structure and improve finance operations across the platform
Around 3–5 years of experience in audit, finance or fund operations
• Experience with financial statements, reporting or accounting processes
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a small team
• A genuine interest in private equity and fund operations
• Dutch and English fluency (French is a plus)
Big4 audit (financial services / asset management)
• Fund administration or fund accounting
• Finance roles within private equity, venture capital or asset management
This role focuses on finance operations and reporting supporting the investment platform rather than investment or deal execution.
