You will be part of a distributed development team of 12 developers. Within a smaller scrum team, you will collaborate with a variety of profiles including business analysts, enterprise and solution architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders. Together, you will work on innovative (web) solutions using modern technologies.
What will you do?
* Developing and supporting applications within a scrum team (5–6 developers) using the SCRUM framework (2‐week sprints)
* Troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks and issues
* Ensuring application performance, security and resilience
* Contributing to testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement
* Writing clean, efficient and maintainable code following best practices
* Participating in code reviews
What do you need?
First and foremost, you enjoy working as part of a team:
* You can look back on 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core
* You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in software engineering (or equivalent experience)
* You have a solid understanding of software design and programming principles and are comfortable documenting your designs
* You enjoy solving problems and troubleshooting complex issues
* You are able to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
* You value quality and have an eye for detail
* You communicate clearly and have a good knowledge of English
* You feel comfortable working with C#, Blazor, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ...
You have a good understanding and working knowledge of:
* .NET application development (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core)
* Frontend technologies (Blazor, Angular, ...)
* Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD)
* Testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing, ...)
* Databases (preferably SQL Server)
* Cloud-based environments (Azure)
* Messaging (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
* Git source control
You have been exposed to or are familiar with:
* DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, ...)
* Agile development methodologies
