Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant – Dutch-speakingMy client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join their team. In this functional role, you’ll be key to helping clients get the most out of their Dynamics CE systems. You’ll design, implement, and support tailored solutions that meet business needs, working closely with both clients and internal teams throughout each project.What You’ll Be Doing:Work closely with clients to understand and analyse their needs. Translate clients needs into clear functional requirements that guide the development processAct as a bridge between the business and development teams, helping to ensure functional deliverables align with project goalsCollaborate with developers to ensure smooth delivery of new functionalities and solutionsSupport clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-go-live preparation to post-implementation assistanceOrganise and lead demo sessions, prepare user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver end-user trainingDeliver ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption and long-term system valueContribute to the growth of the internal team and operations by getting involved in improving processes and taking ownership of projectsStay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and trends, continuously developing your skillsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CESolid knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, configuration, and customisationThe ability to connect business needs with technical solutionsExperience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other platformsFluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and writtenStrong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsComfortable working independently and in team environmentsNice to Have:Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or other Microsoft toolsFamiliarity with Agile project deliveryInterested in learning more?
