Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive payroll professional who can independently manage payroll operations and associated processes while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the monthly payroll in accordance with our payroll procedures.
2. Responsible for drawing up the correct employment contracts
3. Responsible for onboarding of newcomers in alignment with our company culture.
4. Keep track of time registration for our employees using Protime
5. Manage the administration of salaries and benefits in consultation with the social secretariat sd Worx
6. Tracking and recording training courses in our L&D tool
7. Be the support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation)
8. Harmonize employees compensation and benefits packages
9. Work in close collaboration with the different partners: social secretariat, legal advisors, lawyers in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law)
10. Communicate with other central services (accounting, office management) and third parties (employees, car lessors) for the feet management (leasing)
Qualifications
Your profile:
11. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
12. You have extensive experience with eBlox and Protime
13. You have extensive knowledge of social legislation
14. You are well organised, accurate, and have an eye for detail
15. You exercise the necessary discretion
16. You enjoy working with details but never forget theres a person behind every file
17. You communicate clearly and kindly, both written and spoken
18. You can manage multiple tasks without losing focus
19. You are comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
