Skills:
* 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or an equivalent study with specializations in the field of marketing.
* Strong understanding of growth and funnel optimization, including lead generation, conversion, and retention performance
* Experience with structured experimentation, such as A/B testing and data-driven optimization
* Proficiency in paid media platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels
* Hands-on experience with website and conversion optimization, including UX, landing pages, and Webflow
* Skilled in design and creative tools, e.g., Figma and Adobe Illustrator, to develop high-performing campaign visuals
* Knowledge of marketing automation and outreach, including email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and nurture flows
* Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
* Fluent in English. Any additional language, such as Dutch, German, or French, is a plus.

Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ghent, Belgium, where you will have the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely. We are specifically looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive measurable growth across the entire marketing and sales funnel. You will plan and execute data-driven growth initiatives, optimize lead generation and conversion performance, and run structured experiments to continuously improve campaign results and customer journeys.
You will manage and scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube, owning the full campaign lifecycle from setup and targeting to testing and optimization. In parallel, you will manage and optimize the hsbcad website in Webflow, improving landing pages, user experience, and conversion flows to support performance marketing and inbound strategies.
In this role, you will also develop high-performing marketing assets using tools such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator, ensuring visual consistency across campaigns and digital channels. You will implement marketing automation and outreach initiatives, including email and LinkedIn campaigns, to strengthen engagement and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Finally, you will track and analyze performance across marketing initiatives, translating data into actionable insights. Working closely with Sales and Product teams, you will ensure marketing activities contribute directly to pipeline quality, revenue growth, and long-term customer success.
