Our client, a leading B2B solution provider, is seeking a Korean-speaking Account Manager to join their international team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely across multiple locations while managing key client relationships in the iGaming industry.

Location:

* Employee contract: Romania, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Malta, Serbia, Latvia

* Service agreement: Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece

* Alternative: Remote within Dubai
🕒 Employment type: Full-time

💰 Compensation: Base salary + bonuses

✨ What You’ll Do:
🤝 Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
📈 Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction
🚀 Support onboarding and guide clients through integrations, launches, and implementations
👥 Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
📢 Share updates, offers, and promotions with clients
💡 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand engagement
📊 Provide regular performance reports, insights, and updates to clients and management
🌍 Stay informed about industry trends and advise clients proactively
⚡ Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high service standards
🎤 Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as required

✅ What We’re Looking For:
🇰🇷 Native/fluent in Korean (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
🎮 1–2 years of experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry (required)
💼 Strong ability to build lasting client relationships and drive account growth
🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
📊 Commercial awareness with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/project management tools a plus
🌟 Proactive, adaptable, and professional with a solutions-driven mindset
✈️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
