Drive Sales Growth
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success.

You will be responsible for the definition, development, and execution of the sales strategy, as well as the full sales cycle, from initiation to closure including:
* Accurately assessing and qualifying opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource are expended effectively.
* Undertaking and being accountable for all necessary lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organizations and generate new logo acquisition.
* Developing compelling business cases to justify investment in our solutions.
* Engaging and working confidently with senior business management and C-level executives to progress sales opportunities.
Your profile:
* 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the insurance industry.
* A passion for enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes, detecting and leveraging new opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation up to closure.
* A proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management is a must.
* A solid understanding of life insurance and pensions (preferable) and/or property and casualty insurance, including the technology and platforms available.
* Experience of complex software sales in the DACH region will be a significant advantage as we could expand the role into this region also.
* A consultative sales approach.
* The ability to influence and build trusted relationships at clients all the way up to C-level executives.
* The ability to lead a team for large deal pursuits.
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
* Excellent English is a must-have. Additional languages such as German & French would be a significant advantage.
* Collaborative - a team player.
* Experienced in working with large multinational corporate companies.
