We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to strengthen our presence in Wallonia and Luxembourg. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint within the industrial market. You will have the freedom to organize your work, backed by comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.
Industrial Business Developer - Key responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential customers in targeted sectors across Wallonia and Luxembourg.
* Develop and implement a structured prospecting strategy (cold calling, networking, industry events, referrals).
* Present and promote technical product solutions, highlighting their added value for efficiency and cost optimization.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new accounts.
* Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team.
* Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Industrial Business Developer - Your profile
* Bilingual in French and Dutch (English is an asset).
* Proven commercial mindset with a strong drive for results and new business development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
* Interest in technical or industrial solutions; prior experience in a technical sales environment is an advantage, but not essential.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
