DOYMA is a leading manufacturer of sealing and fire protection systems based in Oyten, Germany. Our mission is to seal or compartmentalise building penetrations with pipes and cables against water, fire and smoke. We operate in the three core areas of civil engineering, building technology and energy supply, supplying the market with penetration systems for pipes and cables, heat pump entry systems, single and multi-line building entries for supply and disposal lines, fire protection products for preventive structural fire protection, special constructions and custom-made sealing systems. Market development: Active development and support of existing export markets with a focus on the Benelux region Customer management: You will be responsible for our customers throughout the Benelux region. You will independently support existing customers and actively establish new business relationships – with a keen sense for the market Project management and offer tracking: From initial contact to successful completion, you will independently accompany customer projects and keep an eye on all phases – even across national borders Strategy development and market analysis: You are familiar with local market conditions, recognise potential and develop targeted sales strategies. In doing so, you always keep your goals and the competition in mind Technical consulting and product presentation: You impress with your technical know-how and clear customer focus – in personal conversations, at on-site appointments and at trade fairs Trade fairs and travel: Participation in international trade fairs and regular on-site customer visits for market development Market analyses: Observation and analysis of international markets and competitors to identify opportunities and trends Teamwork and communication: In close cooperation with the internal sales team and colleagues at headquarters, you ensure smooth processes – and satisfied customers Representation across national borders: As a sparring partner, you take over the France region when necessary You live in Belgium and are willing to travel throughout the Benelux region and, on occasion, to France. You have a degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in international sales of technically complex products, ideally in the B2B sector in construction or industry. Business fluent in German, Dutch and French; other languages are welcome You have a high level of technical understanding of consultation-intensive products and can competently support projects Very good MS Office skills, experience with CRM and ERP systems You work carefully and conscientiously, even when the workload is high You have strong sales skills and intercultural competencies Teamwork is particularly important to you 38 hours per week Company vehicle also for private use Performance-based remuneration system Company pension scheme Company health management Attractive employee offers through corporate benefits ‘Employees recruit emp...
