Sales Director Europe Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director for the European market to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for strategically formulating and executing on sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with partners and leading family business practitioners.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Plan tailored to the European market.
* Attend industry events and conferences to expand our presence and build strategic partnerships.
* Take ownership of lead generation initiatives, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities.
* Utilize our CRM (Hubspot) to manage customer interactions and track progress.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to drive sales success.
* Stay up-to-date on SaaS sales best practices and continuously improve your sales strategies.
* Collaborate with senior team members across departments to uncover insights and develop innovative sales approaches.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales positions.
* Strong knowledge of the family business and family office sector.
* Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and initiative-driven practices in previous roles.
* Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and technology landscape.
* Ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
