The Role

As Team Leader – Customer Experience & Open Enrolment Operations, you will lead our client-facing operational team, ensuring every Open Enrolment programme is managed with precision, care, and a clear focus on delivering outstanding service.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our OE training programmes — from programme confirmation to post-delivery follow-up — always keeping the participant and client experience front and center. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align our processes with client expectations and business objectives.

This role requires someone who is operationally strong but also understands the value of every client interaction, even in the background — someone who connects operational accuracy with customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate OE operations and logistics with a strong focus on client experience, responsiveness, and satisfaction
* Make timely confirm/cancel decisions based on registration status, always aiming to meet client demand and maximize programme impact
* Monitor registrations, transfers, cancellations, and attendance with a view to supporting clients and optimizing availability
* Ensure all logistics (venues, trainers, materials, pre-programme communication) are delivered to a professional, high-quality standard
* Work with Finance on budgets, forecasting, and invoicing — always keeping value for clients and commercial health in balance
* Maintain accurate data and smooth client journeys in Salesforce (CRM)
* Handle client communications before and after the programme to ensure clarity, confidence, and a seamless experience
* Allocate inbound leads/enquiries quickly and accurately to the right internal teams to support timely client engagement
* Oversee post-programme follow-ups: attendance tracking, feedback collection, and continuous improvement based on client input
* Uphold MCE’s operational standards and ensure consistency in our promise to clients

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or training/event coordination
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and smooth experiences
* Proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to energize and guide a small team
* Detail-oriented, process-focused, and committed to high standards
* Commercial awareness and the ability to align operations with business goals
* Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
* Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
* Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Fully available to work on-site in our Brussels office
